Payment Methods
We accept credit card payments (Mastercard, Visa, or Amex). Please note that a 3% bank commission will be charged to the buyer for credit card transactions.
To avoid these additional fees, payment by wire transfer is also available.
Cash payments are accepted up to €3,000.
We kindly ask that all payments be made within 5 days of the sale.
Wire Transfers
All transfers must be made in EURO. Wiring instructions are provided with the invoice or can be requested directly from us.
Shipping & Delivery
For those who have successfully acquired a piece from Katheley's Auctions, arranging safe and prompt delivery is the next essential step. We understand the importance of having your item reach you in impeccable condition. Therefore, we arrange shipping for you as soon as payment received. The shipping costs are automatically added to the invoice: €40 for Europe and €60 for international shipping. Shipping will be done within three days after payment is received.
